Coronado’s own Matt Heinecke has been playing gigs in our town since he was a freshman at Coronado High School. His unique style of guitar draws on a wide range of influences, including folk, classical, rock, jazz, country and bluegrass.

Over a 20+ year career of professional performances the singer-songwriter has been featured everywhere from Coronado coffee shops to the studios of Los Angeles and Nashville. In addition to a full performance schedule, he is the band director of the Coronado Unified School District, preparing a new generation of artists for our stage and well beyond.
