Spreckels Park

Coronado Promenade Concerts are held in Spreckels Park, centrally located in Coronado at 7th Street and Orange Avenue. The 8-acres park features a playground, gazebo, picnic tables, and restrooms. The park was donated by and named after one of Coronado’s founding fathers J.D. Spreckels in 1927.

The City of Coronado has established the following rules for Spreckels Park visitors:

  • No smoking
  • No dogs
  • No solicitors

These events are free and open to the public. Please do not stake out or attempt to reserve space for the Concert prior to 3 p.m. so that people may enjoy the park.

Coronado Promenade Concerts take place at the gazebo bandstand in the center of the park. It is a great place to gather with friends to picnic and listen to music in the warm summer evenings.
